CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A NATIONWIDE HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM THAT WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR PRISONERS HELD IN USMS CUSTODY AS DETAILED IN THE ATTACHED SOW.
