What we collect, and why

If you sign up for contract alerts, we store your email address, the fact that you gave consent, the consent version, and the date. That is all. Our lawful basis is your consent.

What we do with it

We use your email only to send the alerts you asked for. If, and only if, you separately tick the optional box, we may also email you occasionally about the service (for example a paid tier). We do not sell your email address.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click, at any time.
• Ask us to delete your details (right to erasure) - every alert email includes a delete link, or contact us.
• You can ask what we hold about you.

Unsubscribed and deleted addresses are added to a suppression list so we do not re-add you.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising trackers. We use only what is necessary to serve the pages and understand aggregate traffic.

Where the contract data comes from

Contract data is compiled from USAspending.gov (U.S. Department of the Treasury), which is public-domain U.S. Government information about organisations and public spending - not personal data about you.
