Contract description
OPTICAL TELESCOPE ASSEMBLY (OTA) THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR ALL EFFORTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PERSONNEL, SERVICES, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND FACILITIES NECESSARY TO BUILD, REFURBISH, OR MODIFY THE OTA AS REQUIRED TO MEET THE WIDE FIELD INFRARED SURVEY TELESCOPE (WFIRST) PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS.
