THE CONTRACTOR MUST CONSTRUCT A NEW MULTI-BAY AIRCRAFT HANGAR OF APPROXIMATELY 130,000 SQUARE FEET, SITED OVER THE CURRENT FOOTPRINT OF BUILDINGS 1043, 1042, 1004, AND 104 AT BEALE AIR FORCE BASE.
