THE PROGRAM PROVIDES THE ARMY WITH FULL-SERVICE ADVERTISING TO PROVIDE A NATIONWIDE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN FOR PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE ARMY.
